At 706 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over the northern offshore Atlantic waters, moving northeast at 15 to 20 knots. A line of strong thunderstorms is also just outside the local offshore Atlantic waters, north of 19.5N, moving southeast at around 15 to 20 knots and capable of producing winds to around 30 knots.
