* Until 1100 PM CDT.



* At 953 PM CDT, a gust front associated with thunderstorm 

  development was located along a line extending from 13 nm north of 

  Burnet Bay to 28 nm west of Crystal Bay, moving southeast at 20 

  knots. 



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  East Galveston Bay, Upper San Jacinto Bay, Scott Bay, Galveston

  Bay, Tabbs Bay, Burnet Bay, Trinity Bay, Smith Point, Mitchell Bay,

  Black Duck Bay, Crystal Bay, The Texas City Dike, and Eagle Point.

* Flash Flood Warning for...

  East Central Carter County in southern Oklahoma...

  South Central Murray County in southern Oklahoma...



* Until 100 AM CDT.



* At 958 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 

  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 

  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 

  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 

  to begin shortly.



  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.



* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

  Springer, Dougherty and Lake Of The Arbuckles.
