  capable of producing winds between 25 to 30 knots. This wind shift 

  was located along a line from 34 NM northwest of Wappoo Cut to 7 

  NM northwest of Saint Helena Sound, moving east at 20 knots.



Locations impacted include...

  Castle Pinkney, Crab Bank, Wappoo Cut and Charleston Harbor 

  Entrance.
