At 700 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated showers as well as developing thunderstorms capable of producing winds up to 30 knots, frequent lightning, and isolated waterspouts. Additional thunderstorms can develop or move over these waters for the rest of the morning hours as the tropical wave moves westward. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, lightning strikes, possible waterspouts and heavy downpours.
