* At 119 AM EST, a front was located along a line extending from near

  Deal Island to near Yeocomico River, moving south at 15 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  Windmill Point, Nassawadox Reef, Rappahannock Range Light, Lower

  Bernard Island, Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef,
