  Nearshore Waters from Gary to Michigan City...

  Open Waters from Wilmette Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid

  Lake...



* Until 100 PM CST.



* At 1207 PM CST, a lake effect snow band capable of producing 

  waterspouts was located near Marina Shores at Dune Harbor, or near 

  Indiana Harbor, moving south at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas.



* Locations impacted include...

  Marina Shores at Dune Harbor and Burns Harbor.

The lake effect snow showers continue to weaken and no longer pose 

an imminent waterspout risk. Waterspouts will remain possible 

through mid afternoon under any of the heavier lake effect snow 

showers that develop.
