At 337 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated a front and associated 

showers and thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 

knots. This front was located along a line extending from roughly 

Edna to central Galveston Bay, moving southeast at 15 knots.

  Port Lavaca around 425 AM CST.

  Palacios Bay, Turtle Bay, and Offatts Bayou around 445 AM CST.

  Southwestern West Bay around 450 AM CST.

  Galveston Pier 21, Galveston Ship Channel, and Bastrop Bay around

  Christmas Bay and San Luis Pass around 500 AM CST.
