The areas affected include...

Straits of Florida from Craig Key to Halfmoon Shoal 20 to 60 nm

out...



At 309 PM EST, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a a 

strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts of 30 to 34 

knots. This thunderstorm was located 19 nm west of Elbow Cay, moving 

southwest at 5 knots.



The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally

rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and

potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as

safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.

  A Levee Failure on the Green River in...

  West Central King County in west central Washington...



* Until 900 PM PST Monday.



* At 1151 AM PST, county dispatch reported the failure of Green 

  River Levee causing flash flooding near the Green River in 

  Tukwilla.



  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding from the failure of

           Green River levee.



  SOURCE...County dispatch.



  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas near Tukwilla

           along the Green River levee on the east side of the

           levee.



This includes the following streams and drainages...

  Green River, Duwamish Waterway and Cedar River.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If you are in low lying areas along the |Green River levee you 

should move to higher ground immediately.
