At 508 AM ChST, The public reports heavy rain and flooded streets across portions of southern Guam, particularly in the village of Merizo. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour, as noted at several automated rain gauges. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches per hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible across central and southern Guam. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
