...FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR GUAM...



Recent radar imagery shows that heavy showers and thunderstorms have 

moved to the southwest of Guam with rainfall steadily decreasing on 

island. Despite that, reports of notable flooding have been received 

from Merizo and Inarajan. Preliminary rainfall amounts since 3 AM 

indicate the heavy rainfall with 3.51 inches at Dandan, 2.35 inches 

and Windward Hills, and 1.8 inches at Almagosa. Though rain rates 

are decreasing, flood waters will be slow to recede. Please continue 

to heed any road closures and drive with caution. A flood advisory 

remains in effect for all of Guam through 9:30 this morning.
