Fog has developed across much of Behm Canal. Visibilities have 

been observed to be 1 NM or less at times via the FAA Misty Fjords

Web Camera, with there potentially being patches of fog with 

visibilities less than 1/4 NM. Fog is expected to persist through 

the afternoon.
