Though visibility has gradually improved for most locations,

mariners should still anticipate some patchy areas of dense sea

fog that could reduce visibility below 1 NM at times into the

early afternoon. Eastern areas of Galveston Bay, extreme southern

parts of Galveston Bay, and adjacent nearshore Gulf waters from 

the Bay Entrance and along Bolivar Peninsula will probably be more

prone than other locations. Mariners should consider these 

conditions before beginning or continuing their transits.
