MORNING...



Patchy fog to areas of fog are developing across the Middle Texas

nearshore and offshore waters early this morning. Visibilities 

are mainly 1 to 3 miles, but a few locations may see visibility 

briefly fall below 1 mile at times.



If you experience dense fog, proceed with caution. Use proper fog 

signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your 

radar and compass.
