* Snow Squall Warning for...

  Southern Clinton County in northern New York...

  East central Franklin County in northern New York...

  Northern Essex County in northern New York...

  Southern Grand Isle County in northwestern Vermont...

  Northwestern Chittenden County in northwestern Vermont...

  West central Franklin County in northwestern Vermont...



* Until 400 PM EST.



* At 255 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located over Hawkeye,

  moving east at 25 mph.



  HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to 

           blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than 

           one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.



  SOURCE...Radar and automated sensor indicated.



  IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous 

           within minutes.



This includes Interstate 87 between mile markers 132 and 162.

Plattsburgh International Airport, Keeseville, Dannemora, Saranac

Lake, Franklin, Black Brook, Peru, Chesterfield, Saranac, Grand Isle,

St. Albans Town, Beekmantown, AuSable, Schuyler Falls, Wilmington,

South Hero, Plattsburgh, St Armand, Jay, and North Hero.
