The thunderstorms which prompted the warning have weakened. 

significant threat to boaters. 



Conditions remain favorable for more clusters of heavy showers and 

thunderstorms to redevelop later today. Any storms that do develop 

could produce wind gusts over 30 knots and locally heavy downpours, 

with locally higher seas and drastically reduced visibility. Short-

lived waterspouts will also be possible.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR THE ISLAND OF OAHU...



The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose an 

imminent threat.



However, conditions remain favorable for additional waves of heavy 

showers and thundershowers to move in later this afternoon and  

overnight. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 PM HST Saturday 

for Oahu.
