At 413 AM HST, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm southeast of

FAD Buoy MC, or 17 nm southwest of Manele, moving east at 10 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

         suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

Kaumalapau Harbor, FAD Buoy MC, FAD Buoy K, and FAD Buoy SO.
