Southerly winds will continue to occasionally gust around 20 

knots across the tidal Potomac River, and Chesapeake Bay through

the afternoon.



This may pose some hazardous boating conditions to inexperienced 

mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels. Mariners

should exercise caution if navigating the waters during this 

time.
