...Gusty Northwest Winds Possible This Afternoon...



Northwest winds will occasionally gust to around 20 knots across

through the afternoon. This will occur over the northern 

Chesapeake Bay, tidal Patapsco River, and upper tidal Potomac 

River around Washington DC. Inexperienced mariners, especially 

those operating smaller vessels, should exercise extra caution if 

navigating the waters during this time.
