* At 218 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over East Cape

  Sable, moving east at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

  Sandy Key, First National Bank, East Cape Sable, and Carl Ross Key.
