* At 301 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over First

  National Bank. The strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
