  James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge...



* Until 1130 AM EDT.



* At 954 AM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from near

  Sand Shoal Inlet to Poquoson, moving southeast at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
