* Until 415 PM EDT.



* At 219 PM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from 10

  nm southwest of Blounts Bay to 9 nm south of Ar255, moving south at

  25 knots.



  HAZARD...Winds will quickly become northerly with gusts to 40 

           knots.



  SOURCE...Buoy.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
