* At 354 AM EDT/254 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located over

  U.S. 141 between Covington and Amasa, or 20 miles north of Iron

  River, moving northeast at 55 mph.



  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.
