SOUTHEASTERN COCHISE COUNTY...



At 803 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bisbee-Douglas

Airport, moving northwest at 15 mph.



HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.



Locations impacted include...

  Bisbee-Douglas Airport, Elfrida, McNeal and Rucker Canyon.



This includes the following highways...

Route 80 between mile markers 321 and 323...and between mile markers

372 and 384. Route 191 between mile markers 3 and 34.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from

windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.



Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.

Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can

hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to

flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
