* At 549 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong

  thunderstorm was located over open waters of Atlantic Waters of

  Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N zone, moving west at 15

  knots.

  Mainly open waters of Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from

  10 NM to 19.5N.
