The areas affected include...western Saipan Coastal Waters...western 

Tinian Coastal Waters...



At 1121 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was 

located over the western coastal waters of Saipan and Tinian, moving 

west at 25 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher 

waves, and frequent lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe 

harbor immediately until this storm passes.

Rota Coastal Waters... 



At 1145 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was 

located over the western coastal waters of Rota, moving southwest 

around 25 knots toward the western coastal waters of Guam.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
