* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM...



* Until 330 PM EDT.



* At 244 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing

  waterspouts was located 13 NM west of Egmont Key, and is nearly

  stationary.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Mainly open waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM.
