* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from Lake Worth to Delay Beach Beach FL out 10 NM...



* Until 245 PM EDT.



* At 211 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing

  waterspouts was located near Ocean Ridge, moving south at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Ocean Ridge, South Palm Beach, Manalapan, Briny Breezes, Gulf

  Stream, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal waters from Delray Beach to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM...



* Until 330 PM EDT.



* At 228 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 11 nm northeast of Hillsboro Beach to near Highland 

  Beach, moving northeast at 5 to 10 knots. Another area of strong 

  thunderstorms offshore of Ocean ridge is moving Southeast around 

  15 knots. These strong thunderstorms should collide over the 

  Southern Atlantic near-shore waters of Broward County during the 

  next hour.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

For the following areas...

Coastal waters from Delray Beach to Deerfield Beach FL out 20 NM...



At 235 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts

were located along a line extending from 11 nm east of Delray Beach 

to near Highland Beach, moving northeast at 10 knots. Another area 

of strong thunderstorms offshore of Ocean ridge is moving Southeast 

around 15 knots. These strong thunderstorms should collide over the 

Southern Atlantic near-shore waters of Broward County during the 

next hour.



HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small 

         hail.
